Review by hotel critic
Nestled in the tranquil embrace of the countryside, Bed And Breakfast De Beekhoek is a delightful oasis that perfectly pairs comfort with natural beauty. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming hosts made us feel at home, even offering a complimentary drink that set the tone for our stay. Our air-conditioned room, well-appointed with modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV and a charming terrace overlooking the beautifully tended garden, provided the perfect retreat after our explorations. I particularly enjoyed our leisurely breakfasts, featuring delicious eggs from the on-site chickens, while the kitchen area allowed us to prepare light lunches, enhancing our experience. With verdant running trails right outside the door and the artistic allure of Rijksmuseum Twente just a short drive away, De Beekhoek stands out as a haven for art enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.
